Understanding ‘the Levy’
This is a Government initiative to support larger businesses who see the value in providing skills training to their workforce to embrace apprenticeships programmes. Although apprenticeships traditionally have been associated with young people, the levy is in place to help fund training to workers throughout your business – with the emphasis on developing job-specific skills and qualifications across the board.

We have a team of very committed and skilled advisers that can offer free and impartial, information, advice and guidance (IAG) regarding career progression to both unemployed and employed customers.
We can help you understand what the different courses involve and how the training can benefit you. This could be beneficial to people who are currently unemployed and are considering moving into a new career area, or for anyone who wants to update their skills in order to progress in the career area that they are currently in.
