Overview:

This fully funded Level 3 NVQ training course is FREE for health and social care workers in based in Birmingham, Wolverhampton, West Bromwich, Dudley, Halesowen, Sandwell, Solihull, Walsall, Coventry and the West Midlands.

The objective of this level 3 NVQ qualification is to develop the knowledge and skills needed when working in a lead adult care worker role in care home, community or domiciliary social care settings. It covers a wide range of areas including supporting individuals with their physical and emotional care, daily living needs and health and social care procedures.

This is a combined knowledge and competence qualification which is aimed at individuals who would like to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to become a Senior Carer. In particular, this level 3 qualification is appropriate for aspiring Senior Carers. A level 3 NVQ diploma is equivalent to an advanced technical certificate or 2 A levels.
